Prior approval is necessary from Phonovisual Products, Inc. before materials are returned. Returned materials will be shipped at the customer's expense and a 10% restocking charge will be applied to all returned materials.

Please request approval to return materials, stating your original Purchase Order number, our order number, invoice number, quantity, title(s), and catalogue number(s) of all items to be returned.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
